2018 : A YEAR OF INTENTIONAL LIVING

Hi Guys,

Today, I googled my name to see what came up (boredom) and then I said to myself, "Kanyinsola, you have a blog, right?" So I googled the name of the blog, and viola ,I saw the url and decided to bring it back to life. We are not so far gone into the new year. so HAPPY NEW YEAR GUYS! 😏

On Twitter, someone tweeted, that January will soon end and February is like 2 days. then summer, then Christmas and then we will be in 2019, hahahaha, but its the truth right. How has the beginning of the year been for you? I would love to know. Mine has been a journey, and a good one. I think I have cried once or twice (would have loved to state why I cried, but I cannot remember), if I do, maybe a new blog post titled "WHY I SHED MY FIRST and SECOND TEARS IN 2018" will be on the blog.

In 2018, I want to be intentional in the things that concern me; reading my bible, praying, learning memory verses, visiting new places, fostering friendships, meeting new people, networking and doing the things that make me happy. I cannot guarantee that I would not have some not so good days, but I will like to be stronger than I ever was. I also want to be intentional about writing too. Writing for me is a safe haven, it helps me escape to a different space.

At the beginning of the year, I was so nervous  because I was SO broke and could not envisage what the year had in store for me and Okikisola. Was it because I did not write down the goals for 2018 before the 1st of January, probably because I did not go to Daystar Christian Center for crossover service? So far so good, a miracle I had been trusting God for a year and more, finally fell through, I created new designs for our Lady Boss Collection (coming out soon), got orders which transformed to money, got asked to be a bridesmaid (Lol...), reading the book of genesis and psalms (on record a bit).

Cheers to 2018, I pray we have an amazing year.

Much Love,
Kanyinsola.
